Ghost update is “application/profile updated” on GCKey but seeing no changes on any of the status lines, this means that the bgc was completed.

Hey hope someone can confirm if my experience is not too out of the norm and hopefully ease my worries...my spouse (PA) hasn't received a medical request yet or an e-mail that his file has been transferred. The timeline is as followed:
Application received: July 26th
Application Processing: Nov 16th
AOR: Nov 21st
SA: Nov 27th
Radio Silence from then on.
Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Hi friends,

I sent in an inquiry via the web inquiry form with the information they asked except for a UCI number which I dont have.

I got an email today saying I need to submit the form again for better assistance with the following things:
  • Surname and complete given name - exactly as they appear on the passport or identity document,
  • Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD),
  • Client ID Number, UCI or Application Number,
  • Country of birth,
  • Type of application,
  • Date on which the application was submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada,
  • Mailing method (courier, Canada Post (registered or regular mail), etc.),
    • company used,
    • confirmation no.,
  • Office where the application was submitted (city, country),
  • Receipt number,
  • Current address,
  • Telephone number(s),
  • Email address, and
  • All documents submitted with your previous request.
does anyone know what the documents are?

thank you.
Yes! you give details of both the Sponsored and the sponsor then, in the field of the application number; you put the receipt number and mind you, it is better for the PA to inquire for the information as the sponsor may be asked to produce a consent letter from the PA.

Sent in passport information a week ago, with the return envelope. Return envelope has not been activated yet - Do you know how long it takes or them to go through the passport stage, and send it back to you?

Hello Friends, Merry Christmas. I am so happy and excited to see the way my spouse file processed at Mississauga center. She got the PPR email as well. I hope all our processing will be done soon whose files are still in process.

My Question is that, If my wife flies from India with her COPR via London, Does she need UK Visa ??? Some of my friends recently told me that you must have UK visa if you travel through UK. But what I was thinking that as far as my wife has COPR of Canada she will be fine.

Please let me know your experience. Thank you guys....

Having CoPR from Canada has nothing to do with travel requirements to other countries. If an Indian citizen requires a visa to transit through the UK, then your spouse must have a valid visa prior to her departure

I have radio silence from the day I posted my application. Today is my 129th day with no AOR (more than 4 months now)
