If I were you, there were a few things that I would do (but only my two cents)6 months , no AOR.
what i need to do?
There is an option called "UK-British Subject" chose the same/I can view my and my spouse ecas however I am still unable to view my kids ecas status. My kids were born in UK. In place of birth I cannot find the option of UK. Which option should I choose, I am confused.
Errr... this is actually incorrect. There is an option called "UK-British Subject" chose the same/
You can choose England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland depending on where in the UK they were born.I can view my and my spouse ecas however I am still unable to view my kids ecas status. My kids were born in UK. In place of birth I cannot find the option of UK. Which option should I choose, I am confused.
6 months and waiting for AOR is really strange. Here are two things you can do besides submitting a new application :6 months , no AOR.
what i need to do?
Thank you so much. Now I can finally see their ecas statusYou can choose England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland depending on where in the UK they were born.

I'd suggest we have a new post called : Toronto applicantsWhat in the world is happening with Toronto applicants. Its a struggle since i ever started my immigration journey from Toronto. Always the last. With more applicants, more fees, more revenue, more taxes we would expect more resources (test centers) to support higher volume. I get it for the centralized processes which require fair allocation across Canada. But for a Toronto specific test..... Its like standing in an economy class queue with same number of check in counters as that for the business class but with the same ticket price....
That is exactly my situation. I am getting married and wont be in the country dec and jan. The person that I talked to suggested that I block that time off so when my turn comes for a test date they will know when to allocate it. They will do it either before or after my blocked dates. The other option is not saying anything getting a test date and then having to write a letter explaining why you can't make it and then you will have to wait for another test date. I ended up blocking the two months for me it is better to be safe than sorry. My worry is that I need to go out of country for two months (Dec & Jan). Should I call and ask to push my test date?
So, I was monitoring to see when ECAS would get updated and it is there today:Congrats and smooth sailing hereon. Do let us know when your ECAS gets updated and what date it showed for the test update versus the actual date the test was sent.
