Hello - I am happy to report that I received my PPR this morning at 04:11 am IST. People from the October 15/16 IP2 batch - Please do check your e-mails, junk folders as well (although - I received it in my primary folder on Gmail)

My timeline is in my signature, but, putting it down here as well:

AoR - 07-June-2018
MEP/IP1 - 19-June-2018
IP2 - 15-October-2018
Ghost Update - 22-October-2018
PPR - 05-November-2018

Although it’s been slightly delayed, it’s been satisfying.

Knowing that 80% of the first 2 weeks of JULY either got PPR or became IP2 stage.
So frustrating

It seems your PPR mail came from Ottawa because CPCO means Case Processing Center Ottawa! It is very strange because you were confirmed by IRCC, your file is at CIO-Sydney. Please check at the bottom of the mail, there should be an address to send documents. Is it Ottawa? If so then it is certain that the email came from Ottawa,ON not Sydney,NS.
Not getting this, why is this misinformation circulated by call center agent and the MP himself?

Anyway enjoy the moment, all the best for your Canadian life

My guess is passport are always sent to Ottawa irrespective of VO.

Yeah could be, but I have seen passport request mail from NDVO, LVO and also Sydney and they all had their own email id. This one pretty sure from Ottawa. Anyway it doesn't matter, as long as we are getting PPR we are happy

Yeah for local VOs the email comes from LVO. I confirmed with a few Montreal folks and they told me instructions asked them to send passports to Ottawa only but seems like VO is mentioned somewhere in email. I'm not sure if they were saying this based on email ID or some other information in email body.

By the way, I think the PPR batch is already initiated and rest of the 15/16th October IP2 should get PPRs by next 24-48 hours
