From a security perspective if someone is requesting a government document then logic tells me they are going to stop and ask "why" is this person asking for this information. The 5 w's, who, what, why, where and when. It's logical that all those question's will have to be answered, before this report is sent out. My brain works with facts and logic. GCMS notes have personal information in it and it does make sense that our government would put some safety measures in place before just sending them out without assuring the 5 w's have been checked. This is not a report that is shared without thought and reason, I HOPE!
It just makes sense to me that if someone were asking for such sensitive information, my government would not just send out information like this without taking a step back and assuring our security. Also, if there are some sinister individuals that are trying to get into our country I would want our government to stop and take their time to know who this person is asking for this information and what are the repercussions for sending out this information to this person.
I love my country and it's protection is important to me, so IF the government does not divulge "everything" that it does behind the scenes, to protect us, then I am fine with that. They can take all the time they need to assume themselves that giving out the GCMS notes is safe and I would think that a slight hold back on the file would probably take place to make that happen. This makes sense to me. I said I was gong to stop but my blood started to boil because I started looking at this from a security perspective, not just selfish reasons of wanting my husband here.
