If they live in a building, make sure they register you and your spouse (if applicable) as residents at the block´s concierge, or else either Canda Post or the doorman will return the PR Cards to IRCC. This happened to me and now I´m waiting another six week window to have the cards delivered...

I have just found that you can "track" your PR Card delivery, and it´s pretty silly. Check your "Document Status" section at your PR Card application, in your MyCIC account. If it says something like "We have mailed your PR Card. It may take about six weeks to be delivered...", this means IRCC...

Some are arrived in a couple days, some take weeks. There's a specific tracker at Immitracker for that. Mine were mailed may 9, but I haven't received them yet, for example.
