That's one of the biggest mysteries about how CIC works. Some files go through in 30-50 days and some are left gathering dust for months.

Before anyone comes and says every file is different and it depends on various factors and so on ... Agree to all. BUT how do they even know a file is complicated if they don't even work on the file for months!!

I think it all comes down to random chance than anything else. We can all pray and hope that they decide to work on our files.
Exactly

117th Day today, June 12 AOR, IP1 since 28th June. Eligibility recommend passed since July, I can't understand how IRCC prioritize applications. Last year majority of applications got approved within 100 days and here 80% of June applicants are waiting for some sort of movements in their file. Really pissed off with this delay, even though nothing seems wrong in gcms notes

There was a review required on a stat question right. It's probably sitting in that review queue.

That was from program assistant at CIO and already got done by Case Analyst at CPC-Ottawa I believe. As per my research only eligibility review (A11.2 which includes work experience and pof) gets delayed. My eligibility is recommend passed, so I am not worried about that at all. Hoping to get PPR by couple of weeks.

Primary office 60 days ago was London.
Primary office 30 days ago is now Vienna.

Do they do this often i.e. change your primary office?

Good question, but not sure of the answer. May be some of the senior members in the thread can throw some light...
Best case scenario is they are already doing the background check and once it’s nearly complete we will get to IP2 and then PPR within a few days. But not sure what’s the probability of that and how long we can sustain with this uncertainty

This is really positive news for us who are in limbo in IP1. Agent told me the same thing on September 4 and October 5. Really fingers crossed now

Congratulations.

This is what I have heard from few applicants. Don’t panic guys if you are in ip1 for long or status doesn’t changes, we all will definitely get our pprs soon. Our applications would be on priority these days as they have to maintain their 80% applicants completion which is far from considering current scenario.

Fingers crossed

According to my notes, eligibility was review required due to pof, and it hasn't been touched for 3 months.
I don't know why this has become a major issue:(.
