Absolutely NO need to get a Canadian PCC.
I confirmed from the CIC rep on phone and he emailed me a written RFI (Request For Information) response that PCC is required for all the countries outside Canada.

and Also I received application transfer email mycic on September 12th. never seen someone receiving application transfer email in mycic.

Ecas updated with application received line on PR part- contacted CIC call center and found out that the application was transferred to VO in Tel Aviv. Line 92.

Many people being required to provide the Supplementary Information Your Travels IMM5562. I wonder if the trip in Canada counts?
