Hello,
Your work experience for 3 years in foreign land is not acceptable so there will be few issues :-
1) you did part time job with your studies which is not accepted by CIC. For FSW if study and work is outside Canada, it is accepted.
2) your part time job has different NOC codes or duties.
3) for 3 work experience you have to show 6 years of part time work experience. Only if it was 15 hours per week. If it is more than 15 hours per week, then it will be less than 6 years.
4) there might be some errors in employment letter.
Check if any of above applies to you ?
Have a good day.
Yes, I know that part-time is supposed to be 30 hrs/week or less. Even though I used to work 40hrs/week, my employment contract was classified as a par-time contract and the pay was per hour as opposed to a monthly salary. One question if it was part time experience, why did you put 40 hour per week in your employment letter? Part time per week is supposed to be less than 30 hours. Also what do you mean by “this was a part time job which has a different contract that implies no commitment for a a long period of time eg 1 year or more” ?
I hope the officer will be satisfied and this won't take too long.Don't be so freaked out by the case analyst's notes. Case analysts are not decision makers, they only recommend a file to visa officer. Case analyst are instructed to leave the file for the visa officers if anything found in file which they are not sure about. A visa officer will review the file in detail and make the decision. That is why Case Analyst write review required. If case analyst is not sure about the work experience they would not award points, isn't it right? In your case it could be the job duties case analyst is not sure about or could be something else.
But when visa officer will check the file, he/she will consider every documents related to the job experience and will decide on the balance of probabilities whether or not you would be economically established in Canada by considering other documents (such as your education, ielts, financial ability etc.)
If you are sure that your Job duties are matching with the NOC selected then no need to worry at all. After all case analyst confirmed that he varified your employer. So now relax and just wait for a decision from Visa Officer.
Are you sure about this? I don't think this is correct..Part time is calculated as 15 hours per week only.

I can give you guys living example. While I was studying full time in UK, I have worked 40 months 20 hours per week. IRCC counted them total 2 years 3.3 months (27 months) foriegn work experience. This means any number of part time work is accepted, it does not limit to 15 hours per week. I have got the information from my own GCMS notes, so no doubt at all. Here @DelPiero07 is absolutely correct. Initially he helped me to understand this and he is always right about his comments. Are you sure about this? I don't think this is correct..
Thanks for your insights. I hope the VO will be statisfied and accept the letter.I can give you guys living example. While I was studying full time in UK, I have worked 40 months 20 hours per week. Also as per IRCC website 30 hours per week counted as full time work hence the case analyst said it is full time work experience. I think problem here is about NOC selection or not matching duties. If @MajdB is confident about his work letter then I think VO will accept the letter.
Thanks for your reply. Do you know if having more than 30hrs/week would be an issue and how long it would take for the review required to be done?Incorrect. Part-time is any number of hours under 30 hours per week.
review required files take a long time. expect 6-8 months. Thanks for your insights. I hope the VO will be statisfied and accept the letter.
Do you know how long it would take for the review required to be done?
Yeah, Sigh!! Unfortunately this is the trend @MajdB !review required files take a long time. expect 6-8 months.
Any volume above or equal to 30 hours is considered full-time.Thanks for your reply. Do you know if having more than 30hrs/week would be an issue and how long it would take for the review required to be done?
Did you get PPR already? I am in similar situation. Thanks for your reply. Do you know if having more than 30hrs/week would be an issue and how long it would take for the review required to be done?
