Hi! I just want to ask if any of you have an idea on what to do in my case?
Last September 2016, I came to Canada on a student visa. I submitted my application online and unfortunately, I did not include one of my employment history because I was having trouble with my documents. So in my application form my Employment History was:
Nov. 2011- April 2012 - Hospital
Nov 2013- Aug 2014 - Hotel
Sep 2014 - July 2016 -Hospital
The problem is the employment that I was not able to include was between my first Hospital experience and Hotel work.
It's suppose to be like this:
Nov. 2011- April 2012 - Hospital
JUNE 2012- JUNE 2013 - Community Nurse (This is the employment that I was not able to include)
Nov 2013- Aug 2014 - Hotel
Sep 2014 - July 2016 -Hospital

Now, my question is.. If i'm going to include that in my Employment History in applying for Express Entry, will the CIC question me on why I did not include it on my student visa application?

Hope you'll reply.
Thank you in advance!

Can Anyone Help me out in this please

PR Application of my mother

My mother doesn't have a birth certificate and when she went to the government to ask for the Birth Certificate , they provided her a NO RECORDS FOUND letter..

Is there any other way i can provide a date of birth proof of my mother?
If you applying for provincial nominees, you need birth certificate.
You don't need one, if you apply for FSW. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents.html

Guys is NOC 2281 Computer network Technicians a regulated occupation or not ? I am confused . When i search it says MRA(Mutual Recognition Arrangements/Agreements) yes but its empty under regulated. What do i take of it ?
Am NOC 2281 myself, as it is, it's not a regulated profession.

Leaving out a tenure or two won't create a problem. You are obliged to furnish details for which you can ready documents.
On the different note: I believe you are under regulated profession and need certifications to apply for the said job. Hope you have it.

Hi everyone. I have received an ITA on June 13th and i am in the process of uploading the documents. My husband is the secondary applicant. My Husband's father abandoned them at a very young age and since then he has no contact with him or any of his family members. Please advise whether we should declare his father's details on form as we are not aware of the Date or Birth or the status whether he is deceased or alive. Request your expert advise.

Thanks a ton.

Hello,
I have OINP-HCP application running and decision is due at any moment in a week.

I have a question about RCMP. I lived in Canada almost 4 years. Please see below time line.
December 2010-september 2015 --> In Canada
August 2015--> came to India
May 2017--> Got RCMP report
August 2015 till Present --> In India.

so the question is, can I use same RCMP (May 2017) report for my future EE application? I'm asking this as this is a year old report and I don't know the expiration date of this report.
Another concern is, I got this report in 2017 and I never been in Canada after 2015, so either way if I get a new report, it shows same details which was present in 2017 report. so there is no make sense to get a new one? Am I right or I'm missing something?

Can any one share your views on this.

Thanks

Hi All,

I have a query regarding WES.
My name in passport is John Doe
My name on Engineering certificate is D John
My name on MBA degree is John D

Will this create an issue in WES evaluation?

Hi,
I am applying for PR with my spouse and after accepting the ITA we didn't receive PPR yet but some differences started between me and my spouse. We don't have any intention to get a divorce but if things get worsed can I get the divorce in few months after landing in Canada?

Hi all, need help on the following;

1. I had a FD with Bank A, which I later transferred to Bank B in Feb'18. I have the FD Receipt from the previous bank, copy of the Bank Cheque issued for withdrawing the funds from Bank A with the copy of the Bank A savings statement which contains the withdrawal and issuance details of the Bank Cheque. I have explained this in the LOE. Where do I attach the documents of Bank A? LOE section or POF section?

2. With regard to Salary Slips, how many salary slips do I need to attach in the Employment Section to prove my employment? Is it sufficient to submit a single salary slip (maybe for August month) for a particular year, i.e. 03 salary slips for the 03 years? Or is it required to have multiples from a single year?

3. Is it required to state all my savings accounts with a bank in balance confirmation letter, or only just the ones that I use for POF? Because the balances in other accounts are negligible and I am not showing as POF?

4. My bank letter states that I can withdraw the funds at any time, but they do not say its unencumbered. Will this be an issue? What should I do about this?

5. Salary Slips needs to be certified by HR?

6. Is it okey that the POF letters, Employer Letters etc. are addressed to the High Commission of Canada in our own country?

My experience is yes. For us, WES said these are two different persons .so we did not get a report.

Thanks. That's worrying. Is there a way to avoid this? My name has not changed. It is given in full in passport, and in the certificates the surname is mentioned as just initial
