Hello. I submitted my PR application recently under NB PNP stream, my points were around 900.

My foreign work experience is comprised of 4 different job out of which i have all the letters and supporting documents for only the most recent one, i worked the job for 18 months. Now in the application i mentioned all the 4 ones, and i have been told that i should have mentioned it only in the personal history but not in the work experience as my points are already high. Should i raise a webform and let IRCC know to consider only my most recent job and disregard the other ones.

Please help if someone knows the answer. Thank you

Hi. In Express entry profile we provide entire work history for previous ten years. For PR application should one provide supporting documents for entire work history or only for those years for which crs points are claimed?

Suppose I have claimed crs points for three years of foreign work experience, but I have a total of 5 years of work experience, then should I provide document proof for entire 5 years or only for the three years for which i am claiming crs points? If any of you have gone through same scenario and know the answer would appreciate guudance. Thanks

Hello need a suggestion..I was working with one employer who provided me an LMIA valid till May 2025. Now my work permit has expired and I am out of status. I have a CRS score of 521 so my question is can I go back to my country and apply for PR or my LMIA will not be taken into consideration since i am no longer with employer...

Please help! I am currently on a visitor record and also got an approved Lmia. If I get an invitation in next draw, do I need a workpermit to proceed my application? Also, can I apply for workpermit even after receiving the invitation?

Thanks and regards

You have to respond to the same P1 email and state when & where you are planning to travel and when do you intend to return? IRCC will put a hold on your application until you come back. Once you're here, then you can get your P2 and eventually eCoPR! Howver, you also have to inform IRCC right after you get married as your marital status will change. IRCC will then re-evaluate your CRS score with your spouse (accompanying/non-accompanying). Your spouse would also need to give medicals and biometrics as well after being included in your application!

Will it gonna delayed my file or delay the process of my partner?
Your application will go back to processing after you get married! They will then re-process everything with your spouse included ad re-evaluate your eligibility and if your CRS is below the cut-off score for the draw that you got invited in. Additionally, once your spouse is added, your spouse has to go through eligibility, background check. In short, they will start re-processing your application from scratch since there's a new person added to your file!

For TEER 2 job, is it mandatory to have a college diploma related to the job or 2 years apprenticeship training?
I just have 1 years experience and my degrees are not related to the role

Hello Everyone, Need your advice.

Got ITA from recent Healthcare Draw. The invite letter mentions that its under CEC category. But my Canadian job NOC (30010- Managers in HealthCare) in Express Entry profile is NOT LISTED under the NOCs (invited in Healthcare Draw).
But I do have previous home country work experience in a NOC that is listed in the Healthcare Draw.
Should I accept and apply for PR ? Please advise.
Thank you so much.
