At the time of joining the organization, you would have got an offer letter correct ? that's what I used for the work contract..
It was a long time  I don´t find it

I'm at 440 with spouse accompanying, else at 446 if I opt to go alone. Should I go with 446 and try for spouse sponsor visa. Or ask spouse to retake IELTS. I'm maxed for IELTS. Very much confused.

I am not quoting the OINP example but I prepared documents for the last 10 yrs of work exp for EE application... I understand that you require to show 5 years of work experience for OINP, please correct me if I am wrong..

I had work contracts tucked into my file, along with the salary increment letters etc... of these last 10 yrs...
Tough one was, I had to work hard to get the Reference letters out from my previous organizations(I had worked for 3 different companies in these last 10 yrs), but they all supported me.
Between Jan'08 - Jul'11 I worked for a company, but never stored any pay slips neither I had any bank statement available from these years. So my justification ended up coming in the form of a End of Services Benefits letter when I left this company.. which had my base pay, my bonus, number of years and days that I worked...

So can you find something with regards to work docs that can build your story... incase you are not able to do, you may have to write an explanation, why you cannot produce this...

And why will anyone do that ! Create another EE profile to get the 600 points, and another ITA and another PR application ??? Why will you have two PR applications with the same info ?? EE is also clear you can only one PR application in process, not sure the EE system will permit that !

You can be a messenger of some good news :p

IMO this should be your options in the following order:
  1. See if your spouse can get higher IELTS, that could be 30 days
  2. Wait for a few draws till your spouse's IELTS scores come, 440 is not too far. If spouse gets more you will get through in the following draw
  3. Try alone if you are not confident of the cut-off coming down. Basically this is a judgement call only you can take. Your guess is as good as anyone else's here.
All the best !

Ofcourse, the good news is that:
  1. your Federal PR application is already under process and you will receive it once the process is done
  2. with the Federal PR you can settle in any province. With the OINP nominated Federal PR you will have to meet the Ontario Province nomination conditions to avoid citizenship problems in future
:p:D:)

Thanks a lot for sharing your case. I think that I would be able to find something that can build and support my past work. For current work, I just found a copy of the offer letter that I accepted. Thanks!
