Not all 6600 is for HCP, it includes all categories. We should also remember 1500 Nominations were already issued to folks who submitted in 2017. So, the leftover quota is far less.

It is kinda ironic, that cpl of days ago, I got an email from OINP regarding ADR(about duplicate WES report), so why are they still pursuing my application when I have already got an ITA ?
sorry for the nagging questions... some parts of this PR process i have understood some parts still surprise me...

OINP had only 'invited' you to apply for nomination. They are now processing your application to see if you meet all their requirements, this is a standalone provincial process. Once you qualify as per their criteria (which includes checking your Educational Credentials: WES among other criteria) and they decide to issue you a nomination, their system will connect to the Federal Express Entry System to offer you a nomination which you need to manually accept. You will under normal circumstance have to login to your Express Entry profile and accept the nomination, after which 600 points will be credited to your Express Entry profile increasing your CRS score. However, since you have moved beyond that point with your PR application, this will not be applicable to you.
OK first connect (to pick from the EE pool), nominate & disconnect, process the application separately and then connect back to the EE pool...

I have 42 months of experience across two different companies. Same NOC (18 months in one and 24 months in the other) My consultant told me that I require 3 years experience in a particular organisation to gain 50 points for skill transferibility. Is that really followed or should i include both the experience and expect 50 points in the work experience section. Bit confused.
You aware that OINP is not only HCP, don't you? 6.6k is for all streams, which include the huge master stream also.
No, it's like this:
- Ontario PNP connects to EE and selects EE profile to 'invite for nomination' & issues invitation to apply for nomination
- Ontario PNP receives 'application for ontario nomination' from EE profile invited
- Ontario PNP processes EE profile's application for nomination
- Ontario PNP approves/rejects EE-profile's application for nomination
- Ontario PNP connects to EE and offers nomination to approved EE-profiles
- EE-profile accepts nomination
- EE-profile credited 600 additional points
- ITA draw takes place
- EE-profile gets ITA as it has a score of 600+
- EE-profile submits PR application

note that OINP has not yet nominated you, they have only invited you to apply for nomination, just like EE has invited you to apply for PR. Decision in both cases are subject to their approval post evaluation.
So u the same as me. You will get a PFL sooner or later due to that they cant find your EE profile bc you already applied for PR. Oinp will ask you to explain and if reasonable, they will allow you to create another EE profile to get 600pts.Yeah Zoeb,
That's what I quoted earlier to Ronja, I received the Notifications of Interest (NOI) from OINP on 26th Feb. The lawyer asked me would you like to proceed. I did not provide any feedback.
I received an ITA through EE system on 14th Mar. I barely made it above the cut-off... since there was no OINP nomination by then, my EE application says I am CEC.
My org took a call on my behalf after that, to pursue both routes (I was not informed on the OINP one).
There reason was because of my upcoming birthday and IELTS expiry, they were not sure if I will be able to arrange all the documents relating to my EE application. I arranged everything by end of March.
EE application was submitted on 6 Apr, which i was told about.
OINP application was submitted on 3 Apr. Day before I got an email from OINP requested a duplicate copy of WES (which i had originally issued for IRCC), and that's where I realized what has happened.
So these 2 applications are being processed in parallel.
That was back in early 2017. Idk what they change now. Gl
And why will anyone do that ! Create another EE profile to get the 600 points, and another ITA and another PR application ??? Why will you have two PR applications with the same info ?? EE is also clear you can only one PR application in process, not sure the EE system will permit that !

What if we cannot provide the copy of contracts? In my case, neither my past nor my current job will provide me the copies. Although they did issued me the letters with all the details required (hours, tasks, period, permanent job, etc). Is it ok to attach tax declarations where the name of employer is also detailed?
I said "if reasonable" like you delete your profile somehow, or a technical problem. But trust me, if you tell them "oh I got ITA and applied PR already sr". Then, they just decline you and 1,500 is gone.
At the time of joining the organization, you would have got an offer letter correct ? that's what I used for the work contract..
