Nope. No pre arrival yet. The only update was that they informed us that they transferred our file to MVO for further processing.

In my case pre arrival first hopefully bgc and then ppr . I will keep you posted. And yours also okay. The best luck for the both of us.

I was on holiday when I saw this and back today - guess I'll look at it now! I'm British so I assume visa exempt - I have to send in Passport photos still right? I think that's what I have to do according to the letter. Just seems a little strange as I sent photos when we originally sent our application. Thank you!

So we crossed the Canadian border last night with both the Sponsorship and Residency Application being "In Process".

The only question the border agent wanted to know was why we were coming into Canada. My wife was then granted a 6 month visitor visa. Seeing as we're 6 months into our processing, with December being the 12th month, we're hoping that this is enough time to get it all sorted.

Our permanent residence application status changed from "application received" to "in process" overnight! No "decision made" yet on the sponsorship application side. December 27th applicant here, I was convinced that our application would be stuck in the sponsor approval stage forever lol. So happy to see some movement!
