yes nationality indian but i am in canada n yes i am single applicant

You can call +1 888 242 2100 phone number and you can choose 1-1-2-1 on each option for televoice and EP number. You can use EP..... number. Then you can learn.

Is this number(+1 888 242 2100) vaild for outland applicants? and does they give advance/ detail information about our application?

I'm inland applicant. So I have no idea about outland applicants. But it provides more detailed info than ECAS. If you have a lawyer and couldn't bind your application to online page, it provides you all info which is similar to internet information. You can learn Medical Examination Status, Background Check, Eligibility Check status from the phone. ECAS says only "in process"

Dont put your mind to what they say, they keep saying different things. If you call again they give another information
