Hi! I also got pre-arrival services message on gckey but they also requested FBI certificate (which was submitted earlier) and a second message asking for medical and attached medical form.. I wonder why, as the medical results was changed to passed on gckey and now it says "we have requested medical.." and it hasn't been one year since my wife did medical last time when it was requested

same thing is happening with us right now. medical was completed and gckey is now asking additional documents required and medical which was already submitted and done. i dont understand

don’ Worry Now next step is passport request. They send you prearrival when they are about to approve your application, say within days or weeks

I got ppr on 27th sent right way they received 2nd April due to long holiday now waitting for golden moment
Singapore vo takes how many days passport back ?

Yes it does, congrats! ECAS should change to "Decision Made" soon and once they issue the CoPR your GCkey will show "application approved".

Contact your MP it is free and they get a little more detail than u get from the 18882422100 line.

nothing yet I had an interview last march but haven't heard anything from them yet.My visa office is Ghana. The agent told me I did well but didn't say if he was approving or not.He said said he will get back to me if he needs additional info.
