It is "recommended" that you provide first and last month of your salary slip. IMO, in the instance that the first month is unavailable submitting last six months should suffice. I did same.
what if i have just one payslip from first year... i don't have any more pay slips... can i submit bank statement in tat case..

Yes. Bank statement will suffice. The OINP checklist indicates paystub/Bank statement.

thanks.. but my bank statement does not show all months salary in my all experience... out of 3.5 years for last 2 year i had switched bank and that bank acct was closed .... but luckily my first 1.5 years salary was in other bank acct which is still open... so will that work?

That should work indeed!

just updated the profile today with a new score of 471 with my wife as the primary applicant - hoping for an ITA in the next draw.
I do have a question - My wife has 1 year of job experience (exactly 365 days), but she has a masters, and phd. She got her ECA from wes for her phd only.
She started working after completing her PHD but before getting her degree (convocation). There was a question in the EE application that asked, when did the applicant first become qualified for this job. Will there be an issue if her job start dates are before she got her PhD? Or can we put the date as the date she completed her masters - in that case will we need an ECA for her masters?

seems your wife has Canadian experience because otherwise no one can get 471 with just 1 year experience... right? :)

are you sure.. i thought they sometimes ask for all payslips or verify for each month of each year...

She has 26 pay slips and work experience letter showing 1 full year of employment. Our concern is that she started working before she got her PhD degree officially.

oh ok... but i was asking for myself which is opposite than yours... i have work experience letter of more years but no pay slips and just bank statement of first year

re-posting it here since this is a very active thread - might be a stupid question ,the OINP human capital stream application in response to NOI is completely online right? no physical copies of any documents have to be sent?

I assume she completed PhD in Canada. If you can provide letter of degree completion, that will be sufficient. The date of completion on the letter should be before or same day of start of the job.

Yes. Online Only.

Guys!! I know it might be the wrong thread but I recently received an ITA last week. (March 14th)

After careful consideration, I believe that I might have chosen the wrong NOC for my 2 job positions (Supply Chain Analyst - Supply Chain Coordinator) I used the 2141 (Industrial Engineer since I hold a Bachelors & Masters in Industrial Engineering) Nevertheless, I do not know if I should change both NOCs to 1121 (Supply Chain process analyst) on my application and write a letter of explanation.

Or just leave it as it is, since for me none of the NOCS matches a 100% with my job duties. I am afraid that my profile will expire on April and if I decline the invitation, my chances of being selected after creating a new profile will be very low :(

My CRS score is 481.

Please advise since I'm feeling a little bit hopeless and lost right now. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

And good luck to all of you!!

Although i cannot recommend anything on NOC or on decision to cancel-recreate or not.... but tell me why chances are low... CRS score of 481 will get ITA in every draw this year ..i think so :)
