Hello,

I have express entry profile with below details. It’s is qualifying all the criteria to be nominated for Ontario, but I haven’t yet received the Notification if interest, Can somebody help me if there a te any more criteria to qualify

Express Entry Profile
Education Assessment : World Education Services - Two or more Bachelors degree
NOC : 2172 and 2171 - Database Analyst and Cloud Computing; Data Analytics POWER BI, MSBI.
Experience : 6 years
Current Organization : Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Age: 28
CRS Score: 408 (Above 400)

I got to know from one of the agent that they will be planning to invite 40K candidates from the pool. Is it correct??

Are there any chances till the month of May I will get the nominations on 408 CRS score

my NOC is 2172 and i received invitation last friday. crs 433 and masters in CS.

When it is closed, OINP will publush the news in their website and even in the portal, there is no way u ca submit the application

It only says about the issue of NOIs and does not say if they are Open to accept applications. Is there some other place where this is available ?
At the moment is it Open or Closed for applications ? Where is it available ? Can you kindly provide me a link where this details are available.

If you scroll down to the page to November 7, 2017 you will see they had announced that they have reached the registration limit which means it was closed for applications. It re-opened later on and as of now it's still open as they are sending new notifications and you can submit your application till any further notice is issued for the closure of the stream.

Ohh that’s really great news, Congratulations.
My CRS score is very low 408; so I am not sure this year I will get the invite or not.

keep monitoring this to get the insight of OINP's 2018 plan, crs might come down later in the year so stay positive, best of luck

I just checked the website which says there were 4 draws In the month of jan and feb

First draw 340
Second draw 380
Third draw 89
Fourth draw 488

So total comes out to be 1297
And yet 5303 candidates will get the invite if they are targeting to nominate total of 6600 candidates

I can expect two things either the score goes down to 408 or prepare for my ielts again to score high(which is a bit difficult)

I will monitor the Ontarionominations.ca to get updates on the upcoming draws

whats your IELTS score right now ??

trick for IELTS is pretty simple, spend around 250$ for the exam and then around $140 for re-marking
i have seen alot of cases where re-marking increased the band to .5 and even to 1, so thats the way to go.

And I gave my exam on 6 January 2018 and for my results on 5 February for almost a month IDP guys told me that it’s under security checks. And I am not at all satisfied with the score as I was expecting a bit higher score.

I thought if rechecking but I have read on Quora that re-checking can take from one month to 6 months
