Application moved from submitted to application received after 61 days of submission of initial application. Dn it moved to DIP on 76th day and finally got the nomination on 90th day.

Hello, My application has completed 84 days and it is still in DIP stage. Can I expect to get nominated before the next CRS draw or would it take complete 90 days to get the nomination?
