Hello, Would anyone would like to shed some light over current NOI issuance situation, Why is OINP issuing NOIs only to 430s n 440s range whereby in every notification they mentioned that they will send NOI to all having CRS 400 and above. Sitting at 411 with NOC 2171 & 4163....Frustrated :(
