1. Your parents do not need to show bank statements for super visa. It is only required for a regular visa. Since the super visa is more like a sponsor visa, you will have to show that you can support them. Although, I cant say it will hurt if you include your parents' bank statements.

3. You do not have to show your bank statement. You basically have to provide documents, such as Notice of Assessment, etc. to prove that you meet the LICO requirements.
4. No, super visa is only for parents and grandparents. Your siblings will have to apply through the regular visit visa and meet the requirements for a regular visit visa which will include, but not limited to, ties back to Pakistan, bank statements, background check, etc.
