Hello every one

I need your help , I came in Canada Jan 2017 and my job started in the same month, I live with my wife n 2 kids in Windsor Ontario. I applied supervisa for my parents 4 month before, and they got rejection due to I did not submit my NOA, right now I am waiting for my T4 slip and then I'll apply for NOA, hopefully.
Question is, what is the best way to apply paper or online (before I applied online) how I should show strong ties although my father is retired and has some fund in his account.
please suggest me how I can make a strong case.
I did order GCMS notes also but its very difficult to understand but I got the main result of rejection that is my NOA… and I have a good job here and I can full fill requirement.. my parents have around 10k in their account and I have near 30k,
Can you please tell me what documents in which categories I have to submit, and expiation letter format, I know it will take your huge time but it will be very helpful for me, my parents want to see me n I cannot go to Pakistan now.

Do apply with NOA without which applications will eventually be refused as it happened in your case.

As for your dad, submit any property documents that he may have, any pension statements - as he's now retired..?
Do submit itinerary as well i.e. provisional tickets from and back to Pakistan and also their day to day activities in Canada and when they're returning back.

As for online vs paper - doesn't make much difference except for the fact that you can see the status of your application in online format - not sure if this is available in paper format.

As you know that my parents visit visa got rejected 5 months ago and i am planning to apply for super visa hopefully in march. can any one please tell me the full documents list i am supposed to gather from my parents and for myself for super visa application please. thank you for your time.

I have a confusion., My parents applied for a super visa back in april 2017, they got the request for medical after that in around a month's time. However the passport request came just yesterday (Yes it took a total of appr. 10 months). My father was the main applicant and my mother applied as the spouse. The passport request letter mentions only my father's name. Is this normal? Should we submit both passports or should my mother wait for a separate passport request letter?

thanks @guider....@zain92 same time I am planning to apply after NOA receive.I will try to send you some list of documents may be which will help in your case but I have confusion that in which category what documents should I attached because I will apply online, so if someone can tell us in detail then it would be good for everyone. · A letter of invitation from their child or grandchild residing in Canada;

· One of the following documents to prove that the child or grandchild meets income requirements:

Most recent copy of the notice of assessment (if the child or grandchild does not have a paper copy of their notice of assessment on file, they can view and print their tax returns using the CRA My Account online service

Most recent copy of the child or grandchild’s T4 or T1

Original letter from the child or grandchild’s employer stating their job title, job description and salary

Child or grandchild’s employment insurance pay stubs

Proof of the applicant’s parental relationship to the child or grandchild (e.g., a copy of the child or grandchild’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate or other official document naming the applicant as the parent)

Proof of private medical insurance valid for a minimum of one year with a Canadian insurance company (a copy of the insurance certificate or policy) that

§ covers health care, hospitalization and repatriation,

§ provides a minimum coverage of $100,000, and

§ is valid for each entry to Canada and available for review by a port of entry officer.

There is a small hiccup as they have returned the Property Documents in the application saying Canadian high commission has ordered them not to take property documents; one more thing they only took bank statement for last 3 months rather than 6 moths. They returned the bank statement for previous months. Kindly advise if this has happened to someone else as well? Thanks a lot for your cooperation.

yes, i heard same thing that property paper, rules have been changed, but the big question is how you can show strong ties without property documents.

yes, i heard same thing that property paper, rules have been changed, but the big question is how you can show strong ties without property documents.

It is better to apply online because Visa Officer may ask for "ties to home country" - not sure if they know that Gerry's isn't taking property papers. Submit online and it will be much easier.

NOA,
Employment letter
Invitation letter
Bank statement (to show funds)
Medical insurance from Canadian insurance firm

From your PARENTS side:
Their employment/business/pension documents or property documents (to prove Ties to home country)
Their purpose of visit
Travel history
Their relationship to you (birth certificate)
Travel Itinerary (provisional tickets) etc

Yes, bank statement of your father and a letter from him stating that he supports her financially (and will be providing funds for his wife's expenses) will be enough.

Not sure if details of your mom's siblings make a lot of difference - give address to the nearest possible location and their DOBs - but make sure to keep them safe so that if you or any of your relatives apply again, you should know what you had submitted. To be safe - ask your mom if she knows what their DOBs are as par their passports.
