I feel the desperate need to hug you all and apologize to the whole world for someone's "shithole countries" comment today.
wow.. you are on a roll jagan. Next draw is your's turnIf there is an Alliance Francaise near your place, u can take French course... There r 6 levels in this course.. if u clear first 3 levels (A1, A2, B1), u can get the minimum required French marks which would fetch u additional points...each level is of 160 hours duration... about 2-1/2 months each... I am in my second level now .. zero in French like u before I started to learn...
We already had the 1st IELTS exam this year on Jan 6th. The results for the same would be published on Jan 19th.It is good news. Based on the Calendar the first exam is at January 18th, 2018. This means that the result will be in Feb. Therefore, there is hope for January.
But that comment makes your journey from USA to Canada all the more worthy!I feel the desperate need to hug you all and apologize to the whole world for someone's "shithole countries" comment today.
Why do you need a mail? You have got ITA in your profile and now you can proceed with your application.Hey Guys !
I’m at 453 and still haven’t received the ITA mail from the last 10th January’s draw. On the express entry profile, it says ITA received, but haven’t got anything in the mail
Anyone else with the same ?
Alright, thanksWhy do you need a mail? You have got ITA in your profile and now you can proceed with your application.

Dont bank on PR till you get it in hand and preferably even till you find a job in Canada. "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush"Well giving a shot at ielts might be favourable but the problem in my situation is i had quit my job on August and after seeing score of 433 i turned down some offers from companies thinking ill reach canada by 2018 and can work on basic French but shocker in every draw the number of ITAs went down gradually every month and scores swinged around 435. Fast forwarding to present looking to join a job and continue with my life may be its not the time i guess. I am going to get married by June and the points will drop if i change my marital status so sent my fiance's credentials to Wes and may be if she achieves a CLB10 we both will have a fair chance. But guess the worst part i missed OINP twice when it was open, thinking that the scores will come down and still regretting. Staying at border in this CRS cutoff is like life or death. I think its better to forget it for a while and move on with our careers.
Exactly.. If the next draw count is 2750 then it's better to switch off my mind on this and should look to concentrate on my career hereWell giving a shot at ielts might be favourable but the problem in my situation is i had quit my job on August and after seeing score of 433 i turned down some offers from companies thinking ill reach canada by 2018 and can work on basic French but shocker in every draw the number of ITAs went down gradually every month and scores swinged around 435. You need to enter job seeker validation code when you apply for OINP (not when you are waiting for NOI), but you receive that job seeker validation code when you register for EE, even if you don't register for job bank.Hello everyone,
I'm really sorry for repeating my question. Please help me out with following matter:
To the best of my knowledge, registering for Job Bank is not mandatory in express entry profile. What about PNP under express entry stream? In that case do we need to register for Job Bank? Do we have to have Job Seeker Validation Code for receiving "notification of interest", e.g. from Ontario?
Thanks
Include a copy of both passports in the Passport document holder, and explain the situation in an LOE. It won't be an issue.Hi all awesome folks here. I have been a passive observer on this forum and I really appreciate the guidance we have been getting from rock stars here.
I receive my ITA finally @467. I have kept most of my documents ready that are required to be submitted. Need to take care of medical.
I had a query though, I renewed my passport and received the fresh one on 8th jan. however my IELTS, wes and PCC are tagged to old passport. I hope this won’t be an issue and can be clarified in LOE. Would be great if someone can help me with this.
I jumped into the Ray of Hope 82 after reading the mentioned news in CNN and noticed your post. Hopefully the nightmare will end after three years (or before if the planet is lucky!)I feel the desperate need to hug you all and apologize to the whole world for someone's "shithole countries" comment today.
Just curios! How did you increase your points so much? All the folks waiting there for an ITA...don't lose hope and stay strong because during my struggle I did come across numerous failures and ups and downs like starting my CRS from 398 to 411 to 475 (and trust me I had worked a lot harder every time), having tiff with my consultant and due to which my ITA getting declined and doing the entire process from scratch all by myself. But today I remember those days and cherish because all the hardwork and pain is worth it. So please buck up and do whatever you can because remember you are your own master.
Cheers!!
