A couple of June folks have gotten DM and PPR already. You may not have much longer to goMy background check in GCKEY was updated to
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
I was under the impression they wouldn't update that until they basically made their decision.
It probably means I still have months of waiting since I'm a July applicant but nice to get some kind of update.
Hey, that's great! We are July applicants, too... hopefully, all of us waiting get some movement soon. Please update the spreadsheet if you haven't already! My background check in GCKEY was updated to

Dumb question for you... what did your GCkey say about your medical once it expired? Did it stay as “medical passed” or did it flip to “you do not need a medical”? My medical expired so I’m just curiousThank you! It was a long time coming but within the 12 months.
Medicals were also extended for a year as well for landing FYI
My wife is a USA applicant. We sent in our PPR by FedEx International Priority. The package arrived in Ottawa 22 hours after it left Olympia, WABased on it, I have decided to just mail everything on Monday to Ottawa. The mailing instruction for applicants who live in United States is following:
"If you have a mailing address in the U.S.A.:
- The Self-Addressed pre-paid envelope should be arranged with a courier that delivers between Canada and the U.S.A "
So I wonder which post office is the best choice to use? and should I put my address on the pre-paid envelope, too ? Thank you again for your help!
