That's right. They haven't changed their weig by limits yet. You can bring 2 bags of 28kg along with 7kg's of hand carry. My wife travelled thru PIA on 10 Nov 17 so I'm pretty sure about this.

Yeah even on their website it says 2 bags of 28 kgs. Some people were saying it’s changed to 23 kgs so that got me confused. Thanks for clarifying!

I just came back from Pakistan and PIA still allowing 28 KG (2 suit cases) and 1 7 KG handcarry

Yes that is clear from the status. Lvo doesnot process bgc, third party agencies do.
