Visa Application centers do not accept immigration applications. To send documents to LVO plz send to the other address.The trafalgar square address quoted initially is the right one. Read the additional info at the following link:

No need for that. You can provide certified photocopies/true photocopies. You can get it done with any lawyer for cheap
