I have documents that have both. one which was addressed to me the sponsor is different than the other documents I recievd.

Check very well. One is the sponsor's UCI sent with the PA's application number to confirm eligibility approval for sponsorship.

Finally got an email confirmation regarding my Sponsorship Approval. I can't add it on the spreadsheet though, it's locked.

After medical, what is the next stage? Is it passport request for PA?

My spouse app received on sept 21.
Got mail from CIC today Oct 28th with a application number. when I see the ecas status it is shown as in-process.
Does this mean the application submitted is accepted without any issue?
When should I upload the schedule A and PCC ?
Medicals have to be submitted after the second AOR ?

Is the decision made without medicals ? After receiving the decision, do we receive the passport request.
Is the spousal process this fast
