Sponsorship approval letter received today. Application was forwarded to CPC Ottawa. That is strange because my parents are in India and the application should be forwarded to NDVO unless Ottawa and NDVO are sharing workload. Never the less, most important milestone is achieved. Next stop PCC and Medical. Waiting ....eagerly...

I received a letter in July saying we are approved to sponsor my mother and our details were being sent to Ottawa for the PR. However online status has been sitting as DM on sponsorship and AR dated 31 May 2017 ever since. So frustrating as we can't start selling my mum's home or anything until we get the landing papers. Has anyone received PR papers from the 2017 PGP sponsorship yet?

Hello MrsMN, What is your sponsor approval date? and AOR letter date? So I can add you in the tracking excel sheet. Check the link in footer of my message.

So far no one has reached that stage of receiving PR. most optimistic estimate is around 1 year from AOR date for complete process. You can expect it to be completed by May 2018 for your application.

BTW- To whom it may concern When I sent my application by canada post, I didn't know to ask for Track# and that made me super nervous since I wasn't sure if my package is received! but fortunately it was received as it should be. So if anyone else has the same situation(probably nobody does so ), don't worry your application is in their mailbox...

I know I have a date for my virtual AOR in the sheet. But I just received today (Aug 29) the actual AOR in my email. Please update the sheet accordingly.

I have been seeing my application in ECAS and have linked the application to my account a week before.

Hi SummerC, you are added. You should wait 30-35 days to see your Ecas status to "Application received" . I believe at the moment they are working on the applications received in second week of July which you can see that most of AORs are marked in the excel sheet. You should be able to see it anytime this week or next. Good Luck. Your parents country of origin?

My parents origin is China. I just got AOR yesterday. Thanks!
