You don't have to. Just put your parents and your siblings name in native language.

Hey Folks, question on behalf of my friend. Do they still allow flag polling at Carway border ? I did mine at Carway 6-7 years ago so was suggesting him to do the same, but not sure if they have changed the rules. Anyone recently did it at Carway ? I don't want to drive him to Coutt's ;)

Parents are from Chandigarh, and they submitted to VFS office in Chandigarh on 10Aug 2018. But yes it went to New Delhi (as when we looked on tracking site it said New Delhi) for stamping and then returned on 28Aug. So 17-18 days I would say.

As Bryanna said no need for new visa, assuming old visa still have time left on it. Carry both passports and marriage certificate as well as name change (affidavit or similar you used when you got your name changed in passport.)

Let me understand it right. You got your previous application rejected and you want to apply again. But even on rejection (letter) you would have received a UCI.. Offcourse you can apply again (if you don't know your UCI leave it blank).

No impact. But I guess your agent might have already linked your application to his account and you can't link same application to multiple accounts.

You still get emails (after you link your application) if there is any new message in your myCIC account and your action is required. That email will say 'You have received new message in your myCIC account, to see the message log on to myCIC.... blah blah blah.'
