I received PCC request on June 5th, and back ground check started from June 12. I submitted the PCC June 14.

I had an exact situation like yours in July. I phoned them and asked if I needed to use the new form. They said no, the old version is fine. I submitted my application with an explanation letter later on.

I sent by mail. It was indicated in the email that the document should be mailed to the officer.

Could someone help me to add my case onto the google excel document? I sent my application on July 19, 2017. P.O. Box. I tried to link my application on-line. So far I have tried many times, but still can't do it. Should I wait a bit long? how soon we can link the application online?

I noticed the cic website has updated form 1344, 5669, and 5768 in May and June 2017. Do we need to use the new form? or the ones downloaded in April are okay?
