My application just got approved right now. Phew. How long on average does the return tracker get activated in?

I'm sorry mate! Your's still not approved? I thought you were waiting for tracker activation
In my case, I called CIC last Friday Aug 18th to check status. I was told that my application was approved on Aug 17th. Then yesterday Aug 21, my application status was changed to "Approved" and today tracker was activated.
I am not sure if everyone would receive an email from CIC indicating that documents were sent back. Feel like it was because I had an "inquiry" about my application on the phone and thus they replied me back as a standard procedure?
I checked now, its activated ..i guess tomorrow I will be getting it.

It got approved on aug 17th, delivery July 24th. After calling 3 times.
