A funny thing happened. We received PPR again, we got one on April 18th and one more today at the same time they started the stamping process in NDVO.

Anywhere from 3 to 5 months. Ours took 3 months and 2 days, the application processed in Mississauga and later send to NDVO.

They will ask you for the address where IRCC should send the PR card, you can provide the new address (in Calgary). It might take up to or more than 2 months to get your PR Card, so can even call IRCC and change the address for PR card delivery.

I agree with you man, I'm also pissed; I saw a guy from Dec 2018 post that their spousal sponsorship application was completed and approved in a shorter time that his own Express entry application.
