My application had approved 21st, but haven't received any email informing when my passport will be sent.

Yes they did ask for mine. And thereafter sent a mail that processing is now circa 3 weeks. They offered to send to-expedite email to the officer. Hoping this week.

Today after the call I received the same email. Just one question: "did they ask for your delivery to Ottawa courier tracking number- the one that you used to send passport to Ottawa (not the return one) during the call?

I just got off the call with the CIC agent. He told me that my visa was printed today.
However, I don't see any updates on my online application. It should change to "Approved" in the final decision row, am I right?
Is it normal for the application to no be updated?

For people who may want to know, my PPR was July 25 and the day it got the the printing queue was August 4.

exactly same timeline, I just got approved on my account!!! But the tracker hasn't been activated yet. I hope that I can receive it within a week. What about you?
