Guys, I friend of mine just received PPR (Brazilian), but we are confused about send the passport or just the copy of it. She has right to eTA because she has a temporary Canadian Visa (and US visa).
Anyone knows which option should she follow?

TIP for those who might need the RCMP Criminal Record Check:
- go straight to the Federal Police's headquarters to get fingerprinted
I couldn't get it done in any other department or address

By "Federal Police's headquarter" do you mean the one at Rua Hugo D'Antola, 95 - Lapa de Baixo?

I didn't have any recommendations at the time so I made my decision based on proximity to my home address and price (not the cheapest but not overpriced either). In my case the university (USP) issued the transcripts in English, sealed them in an envelope, and handed it to me. I placed this envelope together with all other documents I had to send to WES in a FEDEX envelope and mailed it. Had no problem.

Yep! If you're in SP that's the best place to go. No queue and they are used to do that for the FBI's as well, 20 min and it was done.

It's not possible to know as my medical results status was updated almost at the same time and I get see the message "We will send you a message when we start your background check."
