All, New to this forum. Have a quick question.

I sent the passport to Ottowa on July 4th, They received on July 5th. Now, I have a medical emergency that is not covered by my medical insurance and I have to travel back home to treat the problem. Is there a way I can request urgent passport? Is it safe to request urgent passport? Does it make difference on the decision?

I do not think that they can respond to the CSE quickly. You should first contact your country's consulate and get a temporary travel document to return. And ask your friend to send you the passport once it's back from Ottawa.

If you look at the statistics, it takes about 10 business days to get the approval.
I have the same timeline as you; I expect to see something by Friday 21.

I phoned them today. I was told that they do not see the note about passport receiving in their system. But, I should not be worry about it because it is normal, that what he told me.

And, I should expect the passports around 24 of July.

I send passports and were delivered on june 26. And still nothing and my ttacking number not activated yet...any ideas why so late ?

Wow! I didnt know they can tell you the date of when you should receive the passport.

Hopefully will both get it around that time. I am planning to perform the landing at the end of that week.

Hi Folks,

My Application was approved this afternoon July 13th, 2017. Tracker has not been activated yet.
Here is my timeline:
PPR June 28, 2017
Passport sent June 29, 2017
Passport delivered to Ottawa June 30, 2017
Application approved July 13th, 2017
