I passed 90 days for PGWP, what should I do? I don't want to leave Canada. Should I pay a restoration fee and apply inside Canada PGWP, or apply outside Canada PGWP while I am physically in Canada? 1 is more expensive so seems 2 is the better one. Any other concerns for doing 2?

Some friends told me that if the PGWP is applied at a border, the "employment location" may be the city of my current address. However, PGWP should be an open unrestricted occupation work permit, and the location should be "unknown". But I didn't find any official statements or laws that say...
