hello people,

Need your opinions and insights . My CRS score is 395. I have written IELTS eight times . I want to take a break about two months and write again.
Do any one of you think will i get an ITA or OINP in the future draws.

All the opinion are welcome. Please feel free to comment on my post

Well you may get it soon, but there is no way to be 100% sure. I think taking a 2 month break is a good idea. It gives you time to properly prepare and get it right this time. visit ieltsliz.com and engvid.com. These will definitely help.

Who knows buy the time you go for the test you may already have your ITA. Stay positive and never give up!

Guys Thank you for the prompt reply. What i am unable to arrange is Reference letter from HR of the previous companies i worked with , though i have experience letters which has all the basic details (employee id , last working day , salary etc) but no one here in India is ready to write down Job Responsibilities on the company letter pad & i am not the kind of person who can plead someone for this

What are my other options ? I head i can get it from a colleague / Manager but not sure if that would cause Rejection...This is a major worry

Well, this is a life changing opportunity so you may have to swallow your pride and "plead". Anything besides the required document as per IRCC instructions leaves room for the Officer's discretion, so you want to avoid this by all means.

If you really can't get this from your former employer, the next best option is getting it from a former superior on notarised plain paper.

Thanks for the elaborate reply but just to highlight that articleship is a mandatory requirement in order to complete CA course.

what I meant to say is that if the CIC statement overrides the stipulations on work experience in case of ur NOC then you'd be fine... anyway I see you've got answers to ur questions...

my cousin is a practicing CA + CS qualified .however as CA is not recognized by CIC / WES,now he's doing an online 1 year M.Com (with credits transfered for his CA qualification) to increase his score .
Can you confirm if the CA is recognized or not...if yes where can I get the details and who is the credential evaluation agency..?

Ontario asks for a lot more documents than seem necessary, even for those jobs we're not even claiming points for!

I didn't have half the things they asked for, like contracts and payslips for old jobs, so I used letters of explanation everywhere

I'm still waiting for my nomination so I don't know if it'll work out for me or not. Keeping my fingers crossed

I too felt disheartened to note that they need the primary NOC work experience of min 1 year in last 5 years...I have part experience in 5th last year and reamaining is spread among the previous 3 years..
and the documentation makes it scary to proceed to their application....that way regular ITA and eAPR is a smooth ride ..and $1500 fee...

I agree with you. Seems very daunting with contract for all experiences, first and last playslips in specific, tax clearance, OMG. Now people can have many many places they might have worked in last 10 years rite! Anyway, i mean like, i would have done anything to be selected by Ontario few months ago. Now that we are getting closer and closer to being selected by the federal government, nobody can blame us for greedy, can they? After all its human nature lol

in fact it appeared to me that ppl should btr start learning French if they've no other way than organizing what all Ontario expects ....

and though the long wait since last draw might give a surprise,let's hope it is on the number of ITAs.....say,how about 7500...
