Thank you so much. I guess you are one of the very few you hasn't mocked me. :)

Thanks... And leads from where do I begin?
Hey, I don't think anyone here wants to mock or insult anyone. It's all in good fun. These last 3 weeks have made everyone very anxious. A lot of us are waiting with much lower scores. You only need to see the past 7-8 draws to see that you are sitting well above that benchmark and hence you shud have no problem going thru.

Regards to post ITA, there are a couple of excellent threads that deal with post ITA process and I am sure you will get plenty of advice and support there.

Have faith buddy. Peace.

Ontario doesn't have a list of in-demand occupations that they've shared with the public. All they ask for is CRS above 400 and a newly created profile which makes it easier for them to spot in the pool.

I know a lot of people, including me, who believed they'd never get an invite from Ontario but were pleasantly surprised.

I'd suggest that if your points aren't high enough to get an ITA directly in the next few months, you should recreate your profile and expect an invite from Ontario.

Good luck.
I have a question if you don't mind, while I was providing my info to the CEC, I was dumb enough to not check the part where I agree to share my report with 3rd parties (I believe it's meant for nomination purposes), and now, I can't check it since I've already paid my fees.

I tried sending them an email but they are not answering, could I still get a nomination from Ontario? Thanks.

Sorry I don't understand your question. Did you apply to Ontario and forgot to check a box in the application?

My apologies, I should have elaborated more.

I'm still gathering my docs and I haven't applied yet, what made me raise this question is that I was reading a PDF document from Ontario's nomination program, in the appendix, they mentioned that I should allow the entity which is doing the assessment of my college degree to share the result with them, when I went back to check my application of assessment, I noticed that I didn't check the option where it states "share my report with a 3rd party" and they are not allowing me to change it, therefore, they will not share my result with a 3rd party.

My question is: if this option is unchecked, would I still receive a nomination if applicable? My understanding of this subject is that when I enter the pool, some people who are over 400 pts get an invitation to apply through a nomination program, my concern is that I won't be able to get this invitation just because I didn't check the option.

I hope that I was clear.

Thank you.

Thank you for the clarification.

I had my educational degrees assessed through WES last year and I wasn't aware at that time that I'll be applying to Ontario for nomination 9 months later so I didn't check that box either.

I received NOI from Ontario in May, a few days after I recreated my profile, and after I submitted my OINP application, I ordered and paid 75 CAD for a duplicate copy and WES shared it electronically with Ontario.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

So basically, while you're in the pool, you might get an invitation to apply through the province's program and THEN you request an additional copy to be shared with them, am I getting this right?

Thank you very much!

Yes, there are 2 ways of doing this - check the box and choose Ontario as the recipient when you are getting your degrees evaluated OR order a duplicate copy later when you're applying for OINP.

All the best.
