MPNP...Welfare assistance!

Hi,
I'm the supporter of my sister and her husband who came on MPNP. Her husband is planning to apply to the welfare assistance. Does that have any negative impact on me as a supporter?!
I asked this question before but I used a different term in my previous question which is "sponsor". Actyally i'm their supporter not sponsor. To be honest I did't know that there's a difference between supporter and sponsor!

If they go on welfare, I believe it will preclude you from supporting anyone else through MPNP in future. A condition of supporting another application is that any previous apps resulted in successful economic establishment in Manitoba.
