These GCMS notes I requested around April 18th.

Did anybody from Feb got GCMS notes recently. Will you please share what the file location says?

No idea about the specific date, just know he is April applicant.

Actually I am April 1 applicant, medical done on April 10, Medical passed on April 19. No DM yet.

But I know the people ( beginning of March and end of February applicants) received PPRs on the end of April. They were lucky. But, there are another friends January 11 applicants , he and his girlfriend have not received DM yet. They have already hit 16 months mark and no wonder happened. They do not have any problems at all, did not travel much. So, I think they are just not lucky because their officer is so slow, or maybe something happened to him, or long vacation or sickness...etc.

Feb 1 applicant. When today I called CIC in the morning around 10:00 am to get an update on my file then I was being told by an agent that everything is done on my file, only Security check is left. But after that I have got an email at 11:00 am stated that my RPRF is outstanding then I called CIC again around 2:00 pm asked the CIC agent about the package that I have sent and then she told me that they have not received any package from me. Which was so disturbing answer for me. I have proof of Delivery as well. I am not sure what they did with my package. It is such careless thing I have heard. How can they be so irresponsible with our documents. I have already paid the fee in Sept and send them the proof in that package along with my some other docs.

Always send supporting documents via Web forms. In that way, you will have proof. Sending supporting document via mail should b just considered as back up plan.

Let me share my story. I sent RPRF in September via case specific inquiry (CSE) form along with an update that I was recently blessed with a baby. The officer that got my documents acknowledged getting all docs that i mentioned about in the CSE and confirmed he forwarded that to the appropriate officer (i have the email in my mailbox). In Feb i still got a request to pay RPRF as they never received it. There is no point in arguing at this point that I already sent it last year an all. I again sent them the RPRF receipts I sent them last year. Finally it was applied to my case and my application moved forward i.e medical request. I suggest just to ensure try sending information using snail mail as well as email so that if one gets missed the other is applied. End of the day they do not understand our "inconvenience"

I am a Jan 11th applicant and still waiting. But I think the nationality affects the due date. I hope you will get PPR on May 28th, so will I

Finally, received email for passports. However, my online account is still showing background in progress....
Total time: almost 16 months

App: 25Jan
AOR: 31Mar
Additional Document: 15Sep

Medical Received: 15Mar
Background in Progress: 17May
DM: 18May on pr status check online tool (in the afternoon today but nothing is reflected to online CIC account)
PPR: 19May - on email

I am googleing the 'local parliament member regina', so you can replace 'regina' to your city.
After that, i got https://regina.foundlocally.com/Local/Gov-FederalMPs.htm, then find a local MP and his email address.

Maybe they ask for original pcc after ond mnth. Get ready for that

Ask again pcc schedule A nd landing fee
Send them via courier 28 oct
Waiting for MR

can you please post sample of reminder email? Does it come from CIO or Ottawa so you know where to mail any PCC if requested?
