For those that have passed the 16 month timeframe, what steps are you guys taking ? Do you call CIC every week or month ?

If we passed the 16 month already, is it possible to get request on the 18th month, 20th ? 22?

Any good stories on here ?

Ofcourse, the case i am referring to is that of everything passed with security screening in progress in GCM notes.

I noticed something new on my GCMS notes, it says " provincial Endorsement letter", does anyone know what this is??

can you please post sample of reminder email? Does it come from CIO or Ottawa so you know where to mail any PCC if requested?

I hv representative so he got that emails
Those email was from cio
Bcz my file transferred to ottawa in jan 17 according to GCMS notes
On sept 16 i got just remainder email for landing fee, pcc if u hvnt done yet
On oct 16 they send it again with 30 days deadline original pcc frm my home country, Canada, landing fee and schedule A(there was some gap in my schedule A by mistake) so they wanted to know abt that period of time.

It probably means that you have provided a PNP letter with your application.

Thanks so much for replying. Did you actually send them the original PCC? I didnt submit one of my PCC from USA along with my application, but instead forwarded a copy via CSE (which they acknowleged the receipt). Do you think they need the original mailed. I am trying to avert situation where they might ask for updated one and it takes weeks to get one.

First got remainder email mid of sept My representative sent that via CSE(pcc nd landing fee) on13 October
but on oct 18 again they asked for original with deadline of 30 days
Then we sent them original by mail
If u hvn't send original yet be ready for that maybe they will ask

A long journey finally going to get end!
Just checked my email and saw that I got PPR email on 19th May. I have been following this forum for long and it was a place for me to have hope, encourage and patience. A test of patience, which I believe is a life learning thing to me. I am pretty sure, everyone of us has a different story in this paper based application process. I pray for all to get ur PR soon. Below is my timeline for your reference

Inland Applicant (SK PNP)
Application received by CIC: Feb 11, 2016
Requested RCMP certificate with fingerprint sometime in August, 2016
RFPRF: sometime in September, 2016
Medical request: Nov 02, 2016
Medical passed: Nov 29, 2016
Background check: In process (some time in between May 14 - May 19 2017)
Passport Request: May 19, 2017

Good news for April applicant
My friend's friend is an April applicant, and just got PPR yesterday.
Don't understand why early-Jan applicant stuck there.

Do you know his timeline? If so, would be great if you can post it here.
