i called them more than 10 times
I have sent a email and got the reply as
"
Your file is currently undergoing final review as we await some internal processing results. As a result, the total assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.

Your patience is very much appreciated.

Sometime it takes 10 days to get reply (if you submitted case specific enquiry) but sometimes it take 45 days.
I don't think so it is good idea to send emails or enquires just for asking about status of your file because they will work with their pace. They don't care about our enquiries so it better to have patience which is very hard I know.
I think good idea is to contact MP's that might work.

There is no restriction as such of how many times you could request for GCMS. My frequency of requests is 15 days. It is an added line of incoming correspondence anyways whether you call CIC customer care or order GCMS. I prefer GCMS cuz customer service fill you up with B.S.

My friend's friend is an April applicant, and just got PPR yesterday.
Don't understand why early-Jan applicant stuck there.

It's probably like they assigned each month's cases to one officer, and the April officer is fast and the Jan one is slow. lol.

I agree with you. I guess The officer who handling January application was on vacation. Hopefully the officer will back on next week

today I've got a GCMS note. I'm 13 Jan 16 applicant. now my file is located in PACE. and they note "now meets all requirements. Case is RFV-COPR *1, File to PACE" on 29 APRIL. 2017.
also note shows Due date. it is 28 May 2017. I check past records in this forum. Normally applicants got PPR around that Due date. so I Hope I will get PPR that date.

I already got GCMS 4 times. I think this delay problem from Sydney office. Sydney office transferred my file to Ottawa 29 March. my eligibility, criminality, medical all passed before Nov. but they did nothing after 4 months. SO Ottawa officers just follow regular process after they got file from Sydney. that is why Ottawa answer 'just wait' when I ask about this delay. anyway I hope everyone get PPR soon. peace.

I am a Jan 11th applicant and still waiting. But I think the nationality affects the due date. I hope you will get PPR on May 28th, so will I

I am a Jan 15th Applicant,and as I am not an inland applicant, I can't order GCMS for my case.
Posts like these keep giving me clues and approximations about my own file and progress.

Feb 1 applicant. When today I called CIC in the morning around 10:00 am to get an update on my file then I was being told by an agent that everything is done on my file, only Security check is left. But after that I have got an email at 11:00 am stated that my RPRF is outstanding then I called CIC again around 2:00 pm asked the CIC agent about the package that I have sent and then she told me that they have not received any package from me. Which was so disturbing answer for me. I have proof of Delivery as well. I am not sure what they did with my package. It is such careless thing I have heard. How can they be so irresponsible with our documents. I have already paid the fee in Sept and send them the proof in that package along with my some other docs.
