Also, are there any benefits of immigrating to Canada as a provincial nominee as compared to direct ITA? I mean do provincial nominees get more support from the government - finding jobs, housing etc?
I have asked before, and everyone tells me there isn't any additional support.

Wow man, 4 years away from your wife. That must be so hard.
I wish you could rejoin her soon my brother.
Look, I would advice you to make the profile with your wife. Use the CRS Score calculator:
to see how much is the score going to be. If it is in the 410-420 range, then you must not worry, I think you have good chance.
If you can, do so, and tell us how many points you get. Of course, if she hasn't, I would advice for her to take the IELTS, and if she has any university degree, then she should do the ECA, so that you get as many points as possible.
If the score falls in the 400-410, then you can try to secure a NOI and have that backup plan to use if scores go up again.
I just married in February 2017 and I already applied Spouse open work permit for her in March 2017. With Accompanying my wife my crs is 406 and without accompanying is 436 so I had choose second option just to get direct ITA.

Thanks with the candid opin
I'm not sure if it matters with the CRS score when you apply without spouse, but according to some people and consultants there might be issues when you add your spouse later. Moreover, if you would want to decline an ITA in future it is advisable to add your spouse and wait in the pool unless you have any issues with POF. Then again, it is completely my opinion. I'm also waiting with my spouse with the same reason. :)
opinion. What's your score now pls?
I am 414 with spouse and 425 without..

I just came here to tell everyone do not panic. Almost 1.2K above 450 means PNPs were issued. It will come back down in the next draw.
Also, the number in lower segments has not increased significantly. Just a slight raise in candidates between 400-10. And only 2K between 410-420. That is really great for people who already in the pool!

And it will go below 410 in the next draw!
I entered the pool on 14th may 2017, and today I did modification on my Express Entry Application, my changes haven't reflected yet. Incase if it does in few hours, Will I be elgible for the next draw which is expected on 17th May 2017?

I would not do that, because you might feel tempted to accept the ITA without your spouse. And, if you do that you'll have to wait a long time after you get to Canada (more than a year) to sponsor her later.
These long waits can really damage a relationship.
If I was you, I would preffer to secure a NOI from Ontario (if you have more than 400 CRS, or any other province) as a backup plan.
It is only my humble opinion.
Thanks for your sincere view.
I have waited long enough for NOI from Ontario, no luck.its like they pick base on NOC..
My fear is just if score starts shooting up again..I may end up loosing all out..

Yes, you will. It takes approximately 24 hours for the changes to get reflected.
If the draw happens today, however, the changes won't be reflected yet.
But don't worry, draws happens on wednesdays on most occassions.

I strongly suggest that you recreate your profile as soon as possible (preferably 24 hours before the expected draw on Wednesday).

A lot of us here (who didn't believe we would get an NOI because our occupations are not considered to be in demand anywhere in the world) received NOIs from Ontario last week.

Good luck.

Ok, so anyway you'll have your wife present. That's good.
I'd advice to get well informed, anyways, about what happens if you get the PR first, if she can still have a work permit, and for how long.
It would be very sad for you to have to say good bye to her because the time of her work permit runs out and you can't ask for her PR yet.
As I'm not well informed in that particular situation, I would hate to give you bad advice.
But in the CIC FAQ, maybe they have information regarding your situation. If not, you could always call them. If you do, please get back to us, so people in a simmilar situation may know what to do as well.

Hi Guys,

I got NOI from ontario on CRS 402 and now I want to add my wife's WES to make CRS 410, can I make changes to my EE profile after getting NOI? or if I will give IELTS again and update my profile, will it affect NOI?
