I just came here to tell everyone do not panic. Almost 1.2K above 450 means PNPs were issued. It will come back down in the next draw.
Also, the number in lower segments has not increased significantly. Just a slight raise in candidates between 400-10. And only 2K between 410-420. That is really great for people who already in the pool!

And it will go below 410 in the next draw!

Actually less than 1000 joined in the past two weeks. That's good for us! Really good! 1.2K look like PNPs in this draw hence the score raised!

Yes it has to sooner or later. The only reason I could see otherwise is if something happens between North Korea and US and Canada takes in some refugees from there

Do you expect same scenario throughout the whole year - cca 4000 applicants per draw or it has to reduce considering the quota? Im lazy to take a calculator. Thanks

how can you say that PNP nomination means 600+ CRS pts and 1.2k were b/w range of 451-600 means either they have LMIA or high level of education with good IELTS, there were only 123 candidates above 600 means with PNP ans as the stats were of April 28 all of them would be cleared by now and new candidates with PNP's will enter. EE pool is highly dynamic and very difficult to predict in just 5 days 1427 candidates with score of 423+ entered the pool. (ITA issued 3796-(113+1023+318+462+453=2369) = 1427. One thing to note here with the cutoff score within range more and more people now working hard to improve their language skills to get more pts there.

I guess Canada is slowly becoming country of refugees. Not a racist comment but they should give importance to well educated people and lower the scores instead of concentrating on refugees. Don't know with all the refugees flowing what will be the state of the country after 10 years.

Most of those refugees are well educated and qualified people. Who lost their homes because of someone else's war. I have huge respect for Canadian government to let them in. Whenever you think anything like that, remember that you have a home and a shelter to sleep under! They dont, their kids are murdered and they starve to death. Even if they aren't skilled and educated, their generations will. We are all the citizens of one free world. Take it lightly. It's all general speech. Cheers!
