Hi, It generally takes 24 hours... A distance learning degree should'nt be a problem. To be sure just recheck if the information has been transmitted successfully or not.

Hi, I would suggest not to apply for re-evaluation since the chances of an improved score is quite less, and the fee is almost as same as resitting it, moreover it takes 3 months for the results to be out, its better to resit. (Thats as per my own experience, rest wish u good luck) :)

Are you preparing all by yourself? You can definitely score better in Listening and Reading by using the right technique and practising a lot. As far as writing is concerned I am myself stuck at 6.5, have attempted it 5 times. So can't really advice you on that. But will share with you...

I did hope for a score below 400 though. Its all destined mate, just wait for another week or so, or may be next month and then you'd be thanking God for the ITA.
