yesterday........It is strange, if count individual, its ok....but overall is wrong

But they may think my score was below 400 while OINP did processing........actually it was not..........Do they?

Difference is 15 points and I am thinking they have not consider canadian education in over all score but individually they counted, no change in profile I made or no change in age...........any idea?
