Ration card entry removal from the family card. im from southindia and we have online portal for state government where we can done easily.

Voter ID, yes i have done online in edge browser and after multiple attempts it accepted the request.

Thank you for the reply. I don’t have family in India who can do this, and I also do not have any records of ration card or voter ID. Also, I did try to search in the portal using other details to get the EPIC number, but I couldn’t find any.

Would it be okay if I just submit the declaration form by signing it?

If you are from same state, please let me know, how to remove name from family ration card.

Not new OCI. Mine also doesn't have one. Faced no issue during my travel to India.

Thanks for confirming, I was sure no issues on travel but was wondering why BLS match word by word for address proof and then OCI address section missed such an important thing.

No i didnt get any updates after that. 5 days time to receive the oci to toronto. We might stuck up on on this long weekends.

in india i heared if someone not voted more than 10 years, you name automatically removed from voter id. You can get in detail from your area election office, Each state dedicated office. You can ask any close frds there to check.

Will giving the signed declaration for Voter ID surrender work for OCI application or does BLS need Form 7 acknowledgement as well for submitting OCI forms?
