I am getting this ugly feeling that 2nd half of May 2024 applications are following a nonstandard timeline.

For Whatever reason ...IRCC seems to be withholding the processing of Ecopr's and final decision for a lot of applications including Family Class, and Express Entry.
Maybe they are sorting out a system issue or something else. I suspect once they start processing them they will all come at once.

The government has to process people from Gaza, illegal border crossers, fake asylum claims by students, fake gay marriage claims - and ensure they get cash payments, free healthcare, resettlement money and jobs provided by the federal government before the election. The liberals need to increase their future voting base since they know the next 12 years will be Conservative. By that time all these admissions will be citizens. Not to mention the amount of refugees running north from the US now.

Legitimate sponsorships by tax paying citizens are not a priority for the government.

What number did you call them on, is it the generic ircc Canada number?
