I applied before two years for PR on Jan2023.. I got recently update for medical exam passed to new date 11-01-2025. does it mean the file is moving or its just classic move? any thoughts

The same here; I applied on Feb2023; and I got the below message: Review of medical results - January 10, 2025:You passed the medical exam.

Not sure, but hopefully the file is moving? Any idea?
