I am a Feb 2023 applicant and I am asked to submit a client information document with its details saying replacement is needed and the deadline to upload is 08 Feb 2024. What is a client information document?? please help.

how is everyone contacting ircc? im never able to get past the recroding, it always says "experiencing high volume of calls" and hangs up..

I´ve been trying to connect with the call center since last friday, maybe it{s becuase tomorrow thir site will be under maintenance

When you enter your application number and asks for your year of birth, enter it incorrectly, for example change one of the application numbers or if you were born in 1980 just put 1982 the system says your info is wrong and they didn't find your file and stuff like that then automatically forwards you to an agent or tells you to enter 0 to speak to an agent. keep trying until you are successful. try calling them in the morning before noon.
