Hi,

I am a Feb 2023 applicant and I am asked to submit a client information document with its details saying replacement is needed and the deadline to upload is 08 Feb 2024. What is a client information document?? please help.

When you enter your application number and asks for your year of birth, enter it incorrectly, for example change one of the application numbers or if you were born in 1980 just put 1982 the system says your info is wrong and they didn't find your file and stuff like that then automatically forwards you to an agent or tells you to enter 0 to speak to an agent. keep trying until you are successful. try calling them in the morning before noon.

My Medical is passed, Biometrics not required, eligibility not started, part of criminality passed, security not started. They dont require any documents from my end. The process is stuck since November 2023, haven’t moved at all, requested GCMS notes 4 times since then (Same info). I can see that Australia and USA has done their parts and its ready to review (for security, I lived there). My application hasn’t been opened since November 2023.

Hi. Have you contacted your MP? If you have not yet you should contact them maybe. I believe it will help.
As I told you I am may 2023 applicant. Almost same situation like yours. Australia and USA involved. Both done and waiting for the review for officer.

Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed - Expired
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: In Progress
Other Reqs:
Final:

But I received pre arrival and eligibility letters and my partner who is not refugee received pre arrival letter too. I requested GCMS again and expecting end of the month. I am also in contact with the MP.

Hi , If the processing time that is now 26 months has not passed , the MP can not do any further action just before that date say current status the same as GCMS .
